Welcome to Seson! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Seson mobile application and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using Seson, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

To use Seson, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

• All activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

4. User Content and Ownership

4.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Seson (photos, videos, captions, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store, display, and transmit your content to provide the Service
• Create backups and ensure data redundancy for reliability
• Process your content to enable features like slideshows and sharing
• Display thumbnails and previews within the app interface

4.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload, share, or transmit content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Depicts violence, hate speech, or harassment
• Contains sexually explicit material involving minors
• Promotes illegal activities or violates laws
• Contains viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Violates the privacy rights of others
• Impersonates any person or entity

4.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or for any other reason, without prior notice. We are not obligated to monitor user content but may do so to ensure compliance.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

5.1 Free and Premium Plans

Seson offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features include increased storage, unlimited sharing, and priority support. Plan details and pricing are available in the app.

5.2 Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection
• Payment is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies.

6. Privacy and Security Features

7. Content Sharing and Permissions

7.1 Sharing Features

When you share moments or folders with other users:

• You control who can view, save, and reshare your content
• Recipients can only access content according to your permissions
• You can revoke sharing access at any time
• Shared content notifications are sent to recipients

7.2 Folder Collaboration

When you participate in shared folders:

• Folder owners determine access levels (viewer, editor, admin)
• You must respect the folder owner's sharing rules
• Content you add to shared folders is subject to these Terms
• Folder owners can remove participants at any time

7.3 External Sharing

Premium users can share content externally via links. External sharing links expire after a set period or when manually revoked. Content shared externally is subject to the same restrictions as in-app sharing.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent security features or access restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Transmit spam, chain letters, or unsolicited communications
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Collect information about users without consent
• Create accounts using automated means or false information
• Sell, rent, or transfer your account to others

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Seson's Rights

The Seson app, including its design, features, trademarks, logos, and content (excluding user content), are owned by Seson and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9.2 Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on Seson infringes your copyright, please contact us at copyright@sesonapp.com with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• A statement under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

10.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That defects will be corrected promptly
• That the Service is free from viruses or harmful components
• That your content will not be lost or corrupted (backup recommended)

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seson and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seson, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your content uploaded to the Service

12.2 Governing Law
